Welcome to your NEW favourite Book Club by The Girl’s Club B’ham.
Join us for afternoons of lively discussions, friendly faces, and sharing the love of reading with other book girlies. Whether you’re a seasoned book lover or just dipping your toes into the world of reading, our book club offers a welcoming environment to explore diverse stories and share your thoughts with like-minded girls.

We run our book clubs every 1st Saturday of the month from 3pm - 5pm at Boston Tea Party, Edgbaston.
Genre and book will be decided by our book club girlies each month by polls over on our WhatsApp Group chat

We sell tickets for our book club through Fatsoma (£3 pp, per book club) to help us with running costs. We are a non-profit so all the funds are reinvested in the community.

You do not have to sign up for a monthly membership to come along to our book club! You also do not need to attend every session to be part of our book community. We’re just happy you’re here.

Most girls come alone to our events to make friends, and we encourage it! If you’re a little nervous, join our WhatsApp community to meet some girls beforehand!<3

You do not need to prepare anything before coming along to our Book Club! Obviously we encourage girls to have read the specific book each month, but this is not essential to coming along, and some of us only read a few chapters, or just come for the good coffee!

You do not have to have read the book to come along! we do encourage girls to read the book or have some insights of the book prior to the session (and also to have some healthy debates about how good the book was… or not!)
